Violin Lessons

I'm looking to start violin lessons for my daughter, does anyone know of someone or someplace I can contact. She will be four in March and has been asking for to learn how to play since she was two...any help would be appreciated.

hi.. my 4-year old daughter has been in suzuki violin lessons since the beginning of the school year. her teacher's name is christine johnson. i don't have her number in front of me, but she can be reached through becker fine stringed instruments on university avenue, in windsor heights. their number is 274-9420. or, i can get you the number later. i also take lessons with christine. i think she's a great teacher, and she is incredibly good and patient with children. good luck.

Thanks Kathy, I will have to give them a call, do I just ask for her number or violin teachers teaching the suzuki method? I definitely want her to learn the suzuki method. Thanks again.

My daughter takes lessons from the Des Moines Symphony Academy. They have several violin instructors. My daughter takes from Gretchen and she really likes her.
