I found the prenatal yoga classes to be just what I needed during my recent pregnancy. I had originally been intimidated, since I've never taken a yoga class in my life, but found the atmosphere to be very welcoming, nonjudgemental, and no-pressure. Plus, most people in the classes are hardly yoga masters themselves, and there developed a wonderful sense of camaraderie. I wish I'd started earlier in my pregnancy!!
Plus, the massage I treated myself to as I reached full term was wonderful. -
