- What is your favorite thing about raising kids in Des Moines?
- My favorite thing is the hassle free nature of the DSM metro. We have just about everything a parent wants or needs in terms of activity, food, and diversion...yet we have just about zero hassle to utilize this greatness!
- What's the best kept secret in Des Moines?
- The lack of traffic. You'd never catch me saying, "Hey, let's drive downtown for dinner" at 5PM on a Friday night in ANY other city.
