Profile Information

What is your favorite thing about raising kids in Des Moines?
No commute - e.g. going to the Science Center takes 15 minutes instead of the 45+ minutes when we used to live in the Twin Cities! Going places is so much more convenient and fun when there's no traffic jams.

Lots of family/kids activities - especially in the summer with weekly events at the Jordan Creek Town Center amphitheater area (Tuesdays and Sundays).
What's the best kept secret in Des Moines?
KangarooBoo of course!!!

KangarooBoo is located at the north end of Valley Junction, kitty corner from the WDM post office on 5th street.
