Nia Launch Party

Ready to move your body with fun & freedom? Try Nia-combines dance, yoga, martial arts. This Friday we welcome you to try out Nia at The Family Tree-Movement & Bodywork from 7-9p.m. The first hour we will learn the moves of the routine, Passion. The 2nd hour we will energize the routine, Passion. Cost is $45 & includes Passion CD. Bring a friend and you both receive $5 off. The focus of this routine is dancing to the music.
